Exhibition Package

Exhibition Packages are available for vendors wanting to make the maximum impact at BareMetal Data World 2008.

1. One(1) table and two (2) chairs
2. One (1) power outlet (up to 20 amps/110 volt outlet)
3. One (1) brochure stand
4. One (1) complimentary registration for the BareMetal Data World Conference, which covers :
5. Reception and Social Event on Wednesday night.
6. Breakfast, Lunch, and Breaks on Thursday and Friday
7. Transportation and Dinner on Thursday night
8. Twelve (12) months sponsorship of the BareMetal Data Listserv, which includes a link to your website.

Total Cost: US$1750

Notes:

• Any additional Exhibition staff will need to register at the regular conference registration cost.
• The Warwick Denver provides WIFI Internet access. The cost for WIFI is $9.95 a day and can be used in all areas of the hotel, exhibit areas, sleeping rooms, meeting rooms, restaurant etc. and will be charged to your room.

Product Showcase Package

Vendors who do not have personnel to staff an exhibit stand, but still wish to have a presence at BareMetal Data World and have information on display at the conference.

1. One (1) brochure stand
2. Twelve (12) months sponsorship of the BareMetal Data Listserv, which includes a link to your website.

Total Cost: US$550.00

Notes:

• Participating vendors will be responsible for shipping materials at their own expense to the conference. BareMetal Data Group will stock and maintain your brochure stand. Materials not distributed will be discarded. Vendors are not permitted to staff the brochure stands at any time during the conference.
